In my Riverview, the lizards and dragons are cute little things that sims like to hold in the palms of their hands, talk to, and cuddle. That must be someone else's Riverview.sittingbear post_id=60057 time=1542610934 user_id=16428 wrote: He wanted to let you know he's on his way to Riverview
Even Spot, the fire breathing creature who lived under the stairs in The Munsters, was more cuddly than that!

If the meteor happened to her anyway, your sim was lucky to be not at class. I had a teen at school when a meteor hit and the building refused to let her (and all other children and teens of the world) out in time. In fact, after the meteor hit they all had to finish their classes before they left to be picked up by Grimmy.

OMG, arathea that is too funny! Poor kids. Even death by meteor couldn't get them out of school early! LOL
Littlelambsy being in class might not have saved her either! I actually had a meteor hit just after two sims exited a custom university RH building in the homeworld I was playing. But they were not killed, thankfully. For days afterward when I hovered or clicked the mouse over the building, 'under construction' would appear. It finally became functional again and they could take classes there.
I'm with Igazor though, and dislike all the fake ways for sims to die and generally disable them. Happy to say that in all the times I've had meteors hit, none of my active sims died. I likely would have gone back to a prior save too if they had!

igazor....The last thing I need in my game is little cute dragons. My sims get into enough trouble as it is!
Tangie and arathea... that's hilarious, even death couldn't keep them from finishing their school day LOL. I didn't know meteors followed the SIM, I thought they were just random. But, if that's the case, it would have wiped out her sister as well. I play the game as it happens, so I would have let it occur and just carried on with the one sister. If both had been wiped out, then I may have gone back to an earlier save... or chose another family, maybe a surviver from uni.

In my previous game before the global update, I had a whole herbarium of death flowers. That's probably why I was as calm as a chameleon. However, in order to avoid possible difficulties, I cleaned the luggage. But I hope the search for new flowers will soon be successful. And the incident, which I wrote about earlier, was just a great opportunity to make a rare screenshot... without loss.

It was also a great chance to hang out with the Grim Reaper. I just wanted him to join us for a friendly sit-down. But he took a taxi and drove away

I've seen grimmy do some strange things. One time, he joined in dancing at an aniversary party where he just took the host, the husband of the now grieving widow. I've also seen him rummage through garbage cans, go upstairs and watch someone sleeping.... creepy! also, play with the dog and just sit down and watch telly after grabbing a snack from the fridge.
