I have a hostage situation going on in my game. The only time the hostage resets upon loading the game, is when SP is installed. She has been happily starving in her box for 3 days. I have OW in, but she is still trapped after turning off the stuck check, reset check, and instantation check. MC does not reset her.
What setting in SP should I turn off to keep her from resetting? I get points in my challenge for having hostages/killing prisoners.
Thanks.

It seems kind of strange to me that SP is the factor causing the resets, this might be something I've never encountered before. Is there an accompanying script (error) log to go with the unwanted resets? Maybe something within SP is making them happen faster than they otherwise would. MC would not be relevant, MC actually does nothing at all on its own. It's a player controlled command center.
If a sim is off of their own home lot, their needs are not being met, and they have no clear path to go home and take care of themselves, the game itself as of one of the later patches will often reset them and it will also react (eventually it seems) to chronic routing failures. It's sometimes difficult to tell the difference between the game doing that and an OW reset, except it would be more clear in this case since you have that OW feature switched off. I don't think there is any way to stop the game from doing that. You might try giving her more room to move around where she is locked in, but not holding out hope that's really going to help.
This is why we always say that dates ending up with "so then I locked them in the garage (basement, attic, etc.) and they are still in there" never really end well. :|

Without SP in, she stayed in her box for three days and finally died. Service sims (mascot, mailman, papparazi) seem to poof no matter what. The resident sim, Mai Lua, stayed in her box until I put SP. The lot was never unpaused before she poofed away, so I figure it must be an something the game did not like with that.
I did notice a script error, but I thought it was a stuck sim (Rigger Mortis was throwing errors elsewhere until I reset him).
I actually have no clue how to show my ET code, so I used the little button above.

Yeah, I don't think that error log is relevant either and although you probably already realize this, at the time it was thrown the SP mod was not present.

Yeah, that was the just the closest one to the time that I had the reset issue. The only ET record I have withSP installed, was some social jig thing. I think I had it without it in also, so I figured it was irrelevent.
Also, she seems to reset after SP is in, but before I unpause the game. So, I don't even get the notification that SP is loaded in before she is gone. I will try again later and see if I can recreate it and get an ET record of it.
Thanks!

My internet was out all day yesterday, so I could not get back here.
I think it was a glitch in the game and nothing to do with any mod. I just put SP back in (3 game weeks after the first try) and Hyun-Moon and Nadia Cho (my two current hostages) and they are still there after putting SP back in. Hyun-Moon has been there a few days because werewolves take forever to starve to death or something.
Thanks for the help and sorry I had to bother you with this nonsense.
