Its firefox I'm using. I see the source button but no save. Its weird because I often see two source buttons but now I'm only seeing one. If I see the save button, then its loading the wrong one? How do I get the right one - just close it down and reload?

Two source buttons is also an indication that the wrong one is loading. I'm not sure how you're triggering that though. When you get two buttons, note the url in your browser and let me know what it is.littlelambsy wrote: ↑October 15th, 2018, 8:18 pmweird because I often see two source buttons but now I'm only seeing one.

I will let you know as soon as it happens again. I have a quick link to Nraas.net/community and I always click that to get here, then click Chatterbox and whatever posting I want to view. So I don't know how it sometimes loads the wrong one. Will keep you posted.

Hi littlelambsy - I have this issue with Riverview too and it's just the regular free one I got off of the Sims exchange. (it doesn't do this in any of my other towns that I have noticed) I was glad to see this post so thank you.
It only happens for me where I've deleted a pre-made lot. In Riverview I got rid of the fishing spot that has the dozen or so little ponds to fish in and placed several 30x30 lots along that road. That's the only place in my town where the grass bleeds onto the street. Thankfully I don't go that directon often, so I just ignore it since it doesn't affect gameplay. I just wanted more homes for the sims where the land is flat so I can place the homes I've made and saved. It's so annoying we can't do more to the terrain to fix those hilly areas around roads. The build option so unforgiving it's almost like a cruel joke EA gave us the ability to even put in our own homes and lots.
Have a nice week:)
Igazor - I tried editing this post by using the preview option then just doing the editing in the box below, when I tried to preview it the smilies were back to just symbols. So I just copied my post and refreshed the page to start a new reply. It appears they are still not being translated and this time I just went into edit post with the pencil and they are here while I'm typing, but not when I post. Not sure if this helps.

Thanks JohnL83, I decided to build up the real Riverview, not the one from Kaleekalo. Only this time I demolished the buildings but kept the lots in place. So far no bleeds. The large fishing spot you removed, I kept but got rid of the fishing stuff. I placed a large golf and country club there and a series of little golf driving ranges on the hill behind. So far I'm pleased with the world and what I've done so far. True, I would have liked to remove some lots but I can adapt. I didn't think the bleed would bother me, but it does, I can't adapt to that.

littlelambsy - What expansion has the golfing? I don't have an option for golf in my games. I know there will be a big sale at Steam coming up (probably for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in November) and I plan on getting two more expansions or an expansion and another stuff package, IDK yet, but I'd like to have golf in my worlds...not that I like it much irl, but for something new to do it sounds cool.

Sorry to answer out of turn, but you may be disappointed by this one. It's just a golf practice green, like hitting balls into a bucket (I think). I've seen players make full-sized golf courses and driving ranges that look really good, but I'm pretty sure that our sims cannot play something that looks like the real game on them. Unless there's a trick to that I've been missing.
The EP is Showtime, though.

It is only a golf driving range so sims can gain athletic skills... I think. But, having the little golf driving range spread all over a hillside and making little sand spots on each one, and having a golf hole flag makes it look pretty interesting when you see townies and residents out "playing golf". You can see what the golf driving range looks like if you google it. And the flag markers here. This is also a picture of my golf site here.

Okay, driving range. I stand corrected. But if there isn't a windmill, clown's mouth, or tube you sink the ball into that automatically propels it to the next green and crazy carnival music playing along, then it isn't proper golf. (And now we'll probably see that someone has made what looks like a real miniature golf course just to make me look even sillier...)
