I keep getting this notice and can't figure out what it's for. Originally I suspected that Katie was trying to woohoo with an adult is currently not permitted, but most of the time when I'd check in to see what was going on nothing was happening. Just now, it popped up and she, her mom, her aunt, and the three toddlers in the house were just standing by the front door thinking about a swimming pool.
There's also a tendency for this notice to pop up in sets of three. Anyone have any thoughts on any of this?

I think this one falls into the same category as "For the sake of the group, maybe you should dial back the romance stuff (Y or N)" or however that one goes when none of your active sims are in a group or doing anything romantic. It's the game occasionally misfiring messages meant to be reserved for actives, harmless but annoying. As for Katie not even doing or thinking about anything naughty, perhaps the message might have been meant for someone else across town, had they really been active, who was somehow thinking of her and trying to queue up some disallowed actions?

It's a little bit obnoxious when it spits out 3 notices at a time -- not to mention what it's doing to the poor girl's reputation around town. In most instances she's been in the company of her grandfather, father, and/or uncle when they appear, making it appear that one of them is trying to initiate something with her. I noticed that she is registered as a professional (from before I turned the woohoo age restrictions back on), could the system be trying to send her off to a professional encounter with another inactive in town?

Yes, that would be what it's trying to do. I can't recall if I sorted the issue in the current test woohooer or not but I do know I did something pertaining to fixing it prior to my hiatus. Since I often have a slew of code changes in my local source vs what is released here, I have quite a bit of code comparing to do to see what I have and haven't released or tested. Bear with me
Hate to have to drag this one up again, but these notices have become truly annoying. My game can't run 5 minutes without generating 5+ of these messages, often addressed to more than one adult. Katie Rockefeller hasn't been included recently -- just Joey Schlick and Brianna Hayes, both young adults. Typically, neither one of them is doing anything remotely associated with hiring a professional, however they have both obtained their professional status -- which would perhaps suggest there's at least one teen out there trying to order professional services. Is there a way to track down the cheeky little bugger and shut him (or her) down?
As an example of just how obnoxious this is -- I just had 31+ notices appear simultaneously.... twice... I have over 60 notices to clear out. On the bright side, from what I saw there were several different sims involved, including Grimmy. I had changed the Seed Professional Pool with Service Sims from false to true. I just changed it back, so at least it should go back to just Joey and Brianna... should...
With all the technology now, teens need to be monitored! Take away their cell phones etc. Just kidding!
I haven't had a problem since I don't allow "seed with professionals" due to mt teens being targets of professionals. However, this has hindered my YAs from having a quiet visit at home with someone they call for service.
