OK, i'm stuck with this ...
Patch level : 1.67
Woohooer and other nraas mods are for this level of patch
Risky woohoo set to 750% (testing purpose only) for the teenagers
Same sex (female) pregnancy enabled too
But, it dosen't work at all : i only have the automatic normal woohoo instead (this one setup at 35% for the teenagers). I've already checked the castes, i can't seem to find what i have did wrong ... Any advice ?
Risky woohooing dosen't seem to apply in teenagers

A couple of questions come to mind.
1 - Do you have NRaas > Woohooer > Woohoo > Replace Woohoo with Risky set to True? If so, you won't see Risky as a selectable choice anymore as it would all be risky, but that would be the case for adults as well.
2 - Where is this 750 setting that you mentioned? If it's NRaas > > Woohooer > Risky > Species > Risky Base Chance Scoring Teen (or in couple of other places I can think of), that value would be out of range (over 100) and I believe that might have the effect you are seeing.

For your first question : no i don't have this option set to "on".
For your second remark : even with a value (this exact one) set to 55% (texting too) it dosen't work : no autonomous risky interactions.
I have checked (and modified accordingly too) the castes for the teenagers. Other options (steady, marriage, breakup) for the teenagers work perfectly. Not this particular one ... And i don't have any clue about this.

Well, if the menu options for user directed are at least there then that's puzzling. I can vouch for the fact that some of my teens (trait and other life situations dependent) will do risky things autonomously if I allow them to. The only other things I can think of left to check, though I suspect you have been through these already, are:
NRaas > Woohooer > Risky > Species > Autonomous Risky (must be True)
NRaas > Woohooer > Risky > Autonomous Risky Teen (must be True)
NRaas > Woohooer > Risky > Species > Risky Baby Success Rate Teen (must be >0)
I would still try setting the Base Chance Scoring Teen discussed further up to something higher as you tried to do but more like 90 or 95 (not 750) to see if that makes a difference. If still no dice, we'll have to wait for someone more intimately familiar with the code to respond -- we're a bit short on developers this week due to the holidays, so that may (or may not) take a few days unless someone else has experienced this and figured out how to get through it.

Ok, i may have found something (need testing) : http://simsasylum.com/tfm/index.php?/to ... e-9-17-14/ (you must register and to be loggued to see this topic)
I'm using two of these mods ("teen elders auto romance up to marriage divorce" and "teen freedom extras"). The first could interfere with woohooer on some part.

OK more infos : disabling those two mods (and resetting the scriptcache.package too) don't have any effect. No autonomous risky or TFB for my teens. But the manually durected actions works perfectly :
- one of my female teens (number one) has a pregancy by TFB
- the other teen female (number two) has a pregnancy by risky (3 trys to do the trick)
(yes this a couple of teen females - no other teens or older in this household)
