Update History Testing rainbow sims

I am having existing NPC's show up with the rainbow skin tone (they are usually hot pink) since I put the new SP testing in. I don't have any sims in my bin that have this skin tone, so I don't know why they would be showing up, particularly on sims that already had an assigned skin tone.

I will try to revert back to a stable version and see if it fixes it.
