Update History Testing MC edit in CAS

MC edit in CAS

I am updated to 1.66 and have MC v128 in my game. When I go into Edit in CAS and click on Hair, nothing happens. But it does work when I go into Edit in CAS using testingcheatsenabled. Just wanted to let you know.
