Okay, maybe I'm thick, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to hire an assassin. I looked in the FAQ and I tried being on the lot with an assassin sim and the target and couldn't find a way to "hire" them. How is this supposed to work?

The feature is actually not fully implemented. It looks like twallan added the options but didn't finish the code to make it happen.
