Hi there. Your English is fine (so far).
On the first log, you have a sim named Маршалл Чудакко (Marshall Chudakko) who is at Level 8 in the Science career. They have route failed on the way to work. I notice that this is happening just as your game session is starting up, so there could be routing left over from when it was last saved that is causing the failure. This is pretty common. If you direct the sim to work again, when it's the right time, do you get more errors or can they really work?
The second one is a routine ErrorTrap correction log, that's showing you that the mod is working as it should. Nothing to worry about.

I'm sorry, when I said "you have a sim" I meant somewhere in your game, not that you were controlling him. But occasional route failures like that are fine if the sim recovers. Can you use MasterController's Go To Work on him successfully without the errors repeating? If so, or if the sim recovers and goes to work all on their own a bit later, this is totally normal.
