Does this work with the latest patch level? There's no download so I am assuming so? :)

I don't know what you mean exactly by there is no download. The current version is v5 and it is certified for use on Patches 1.50-1.69 (inclusive). If you are not seeing the current version download button for some reason, this should work just as well.
