Go Home. Why?
My sim is out socializing at a pub and a few other sims turn up, order drinks, sing karaoke, dance etc. Then all of a sudden they all change into outerwear and leave. I made a few active and they all have the Go Home in the que. Even my controllable sim keeps getting the Go Home in the que. Its only 8:30pm, why is everyone so eager to go home? How do I stop this?

No. The place is open from 11am until 3 am. Also Sims invited over to my Sims house also want to keep leaving. I use MC outfit and change them from outerwear to everyday, then either in the middle of a conversation or at the end the switch back to outerwear. I have to keep them talking to stop them from leaving. This all starts to happen around 8pm. That's when the mixologist leaves as well.

A couple of settings to check in GoHere.
NRaas > GoHere > Disable Active Go Home > (default is False, but change it to True)
NRaas > GoHere > Limit Go Home for Inactives on Active Lots > True (is the default)
But what you are describing sounds more...interesting. As if there is some sort of early curfew in place that, unlike the way it's supposed to work, is affecting what I assume are adults. Have you fiddled with Retuner settings or some other form of modding for curfews? They really shouldn't be affecting adults, but this is the kind of behavior that teens and children tend to display when it's time for them to go home (whether we want them to or not sometimes).
The venue closing hour misbehaving would tend to push the sims still enjoying themselves outside, not so much make them Go Home from the interior right away, or at least that's what I see closer to or after closing time.

I did check the Go Here setting and they were set to the ones you suggested. The only curfew settings I played with were for kids. I may just import my original settings and see if that helps. At the moment my Sims are in uni so will have to wait until they're done. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check all curfew settings back in homeworld

Here we go again. I just had my sims go to a nice restaurant with a bar. They had a nice meal, danced, bought a drink, then on the stroke of 8:00 pm, everyone, including the mixologist, changed into outerwear and went home. I have reset all my curfew settings back to their defaults, checked the GoHere settings and everything is fine there. Why do my sims "turn into pumkins" at 8:pm? The bars are open until 3 am.
