I have a question in what way I can change settings what I will be able to kill children / newborn babies in the game? It is something associated with SP?

Kids can drown to death and burn to death but they don't die from starvation instead the social workers take them away. Babies and toddlers don't die at all but I think you can make them ghosts with master controller.

Wait I may be wrong about burning but I think I saw one burn to death.

Master Controller Force kill works on Children, Babies and Toddlers however you will not, thankfully, wittness their demise. They will be relocated to the cemetary and appear as deceased in the family tree.

I did forget the kids can drown and burn but the younger ones are core blocked. It does look like MC force kill goes around the blocks which I wasn't aware of.
