Nraas Career Custom Skill: Programming

I would like to add Arsils Programming Skill to a custom Career. I found this: NRaas.Gameplay.OmniSpace.Metrics.MetricSkillX, NRaasCareer I guess this goes into Metric. How do I know what to write into the Argument section? Is there any additional file needed ?
