Looking for Members Retuner Settings

I'd like to slow/stop the decay of relationships and I came across this page.
Relationships
There's a section specifically talking about slowing the decay but the Members' Retuner Settings isn't a valid link anymore. I was hoping someone would be able to help guide me towards where I need to go to do what I would like to do. Thanks.

You're welcome and that link does seem to need to be fixed it took me a little bit to find one that worked maybe igazor, can look into it.
