Hi, I just tried installing Overwatch but every time I add it to my game, it seems to remove the "active sim frames" (sorry I don't know what they are called, but if you see the screenshot you understand what I mean).
I cannot see my Sims heads inside the squares anymore, and they also cannot be clicked.
Does anyone know what I do wrong? I put the "NRaas_Overwatch.package" file inside: The Sims 3 > Mods > Packages

Okay, well that reveals the problem. NRaas mods are made for current patch levels only, which means 1.67 or higher. For a retail disc install, we suggest using EA's SuperPatcher to bring your game's patch level up to 1.67 as the Launcher usually does a pretty poor job of managing this process, if it even tries anymore.
Be sure to ignore/deny any offers to install Origin or the EA Aop, unless you want that experience. Once you say no once or twice, the SuperPatcher should leave you alone and do its job properly.
To get it directly from EA: click here
Te get it from CNET, a trusted third party and probably the only one other than MTS I would trust downloads like this from, click here.
Be sure to ignore/deny any offers to install Origin or the EA Aop, unless you want that experience. Once you say no once or twice, the SuperPatcher should leave you alone and do its job properly.

That's unusual. What is the source of your game and what kind of install is this (retail discs, Origin/EA App, Steam, something else)? If retail discs, what patch level is your game on?

Thanks for the help! The launcher indeed did not give me any more patch updates. Which I thought meant I was up to date..
