Yes, it's a good option. The text get's a little boring but it's an option. But the fact that they did not come back to me does make me upset and sad. And if the admin and the mods do not care to talk to me, why should the members? (This might be unfair but it's the way I feel right now).

Warning, Rant ahead!
OK so now I did not find a way to edit the title of the thread. So I give you the additional text here: I GIVE UP!!! Look at this thread. First post made: April 1st, 2023, 3:41 pm. It's one year and 4 weeks ago! Since then I have been trying to find a ghost, something that I never will catch. A new, friendly forum (no hard feelings about Nraas but It's mainly about the mods) to join. But with no luck... MTS is still a no-go zone and even if the worst naysayers are quiet for the moment they are still there... Carl's forum seems to be a place for stories and maybe pack specific talk. Neither interests me so I say nothing happens. The "official" forum is closing down and as EA_Cade gave me a warning when I spoke up I won't touch anything EA related "with a stick" from now on... I did find a forum in Germany that had the qualities I did search for... but the staff seems to be to "übercool" to even answer my mails... (last action is that that I did send a mail to the community who run the forum and told them if I don't get an answer then I know it's all a giant scam). So that's no option. I did search and find a forum at simsforums.com but aside a very few posts in the 2020's it's all 2017 or older. So that's no option either... And I still look for a forum. No super cool modern "social media" where everything is about getting likes and no one ever posts And all with a layout that is totally brainde.. bad and ugly! But that's not cool, that's not what the cool kids do, blah blah... And there must be an app for that!! Utter ridiculous! Yes I'm angry, thank you for asking. No I won't calm down, I want to scream, shout and break things... but what will I win? Nothing!
Now I won't know how you will see this post... Maybe you will think bad of me... it's OK. Maybe I will get a warning... It's OK. Or the threaad will be locked... It's all Okey! But just as you know, I don't want to attack anyone in here. There is no reason for it what so ever... I just want to write this down before I explode in anger. All I want is to be part of a group with others who are interested in the Sims 4, share pics and so. Nothing more, nothing less... But that's impossible in 2024. So I give up...

I too have been curious as to what other "old school" format Sims 3 forums might be out there to join for those of us who have a hard time moving away from such a fantastic and nostalgic game. 
And, well, anything that is nostalgic in general.
Gotta admit @igazor I had wondered what happened to you on the Sims forum. (It feels like it's been a couple of years or more! ) Your presence was missed by a few of us. I guess I always knew I would be able to find you here.
