I have a Plumbot with Fear of Humans and he's scolding my sims... Does that trait chip makes bots angry?

From what I remember the 'Fear of Human' chip makes plumbots (s)oil themselves and run away in fear. I guess it could be possible to make one angry if you have a large enough human population in the world. After all, there are only so many times you can run away in fear before it gets 'old' . What other chips does your plumbot have installed?

No it shouldn't but Simulated Emotions and possibly Sinister Circuits could, maybe.
Have ruled out a possible mod conflict?
