Ive set "liking gate for autonomous" to 40, and autonomous woohoo to true, along with "liking gate for autonomous" to 40 (in the woohoo section), but all they do is woohoo. Also, they don't flirt unless i make them do one romantic interaction and it gets them going.

And I have to ask, will the solution you give me also allow them to cheat autonomously?

Do your sims in question have the liking at 40 or above?

Turns out, they did start flirting! I changed it to 70 and turned off autonomous woohoo since they've just been woohooing and not romancing. All is good! thank you for trying to help anyway

But 70 is then a higher level, harder to readh then 40, this must be met, before romantic interactions can happen.

What may have been happening while autonomous woohoo was allowed was that woohoo likely has a large fun advertisement, so having it use the same liking gate as flirting would make all autonomy just pick the interaction that was more fun. The thing to keep in mind with autonomy is that sims being allowed to do something is still at the mercy of them having a reason to do so.

As C-Dark explains, raising the liking gate will have gated flirting to higher levels of friendship.

As for the latter question, autonomous cheating is available by default.
