I know down the line from 1.50-1.69 EA messed up and broke bonehilda I'm not sure if adding Bonehilda as a playable sim and then turning her into an NPC after configuring her actions via retuner is even a good idea

This one is pretty rooted in the core. I've taken some swings at it with moderate success but not enough to release anything. So no, at this time nothing here fixes her.

I think EA took away this feature to carry babies.
