Is there any mod to stop the inactive sims going home straightaway after work?

Everyone goes home straightaway, I can't interact anything in front of their work building. Thanks in advanced.

I don't know of a mod that stops this globally, but you could use a DebugEnabler reset on any sim you don't want going home in the moment. That clears the action queue without reseting the sim entirely, and then they'll be available to interact with.

If NRaas SP is in play and in control of progression, then there is a setting for adding or suppressing the automatic Go Home (after work) command under Sim (Town, Caste, Household) Options.
