Which Mod? I can't use taxis

I can't use taxis

I installed MasterController and now I can't use the taxi, whenever I'm in one lot and need to go to another, my sim goes to its destination by walking, I've never used the mod before,please help me!!
Sorry if I seemed rude!!I don't have any mods other than MasterController.

Mastercontroller has nothing to do with taxi's I'm afraid. Maybe you also installed Traffic or something else.
