One of my teenagers can't go to school

Hi! It's been years since I last posted here, let me know if this isn't the right place.
I'm currently playing with the Goth family and recently added Bella Bachellor to the household using MC. She and Mortimer are both teenagers, and Mortimer has no issue going to school in the school bus. However, Bella doesn't take the bus and when I try to force her to go to school through the Career panel I got a message saying "school is not in session", even ifMortimer is at school at that same moment.

I've researched this issue but I haven't found any solution that works for me. Does anybody know what could be the problem? Thanks in advance!

Does running Fix Homeworld under DebugEnabler help?
