what does it mean?

That doesn't mean much, I'm afraid. What's happened is that the game has been instructed to do something impossible (by what we cannot yet tell), your operating system stepped in and said something to the effect of, "You're drunk and it's time to go home" and crashed the game for you. The address noted is just some memory cell address in RAM, which is where the game program operates, and it tells us nothing more than that.
Does the issue repeat itself ever and is this something new? Is ErrorTrap in play and are there any script error logs we should be seeing? Have you added any mods or other content to your game recently?

it happened quite suddenly: I added only 2 mods (nraas cupcake and pocket protector) but I also tried to remove those and it's the same
