Hi, I have been dealing with this issue for a while now and I don't know why it keeps persisting.

One of the npc sims in my town has gotten stuck outside their home. There have been multiple stuck aging check errors, trigger age transition doesn't work and force kill doesn't work. I have looked at some of the other stuck aging check posts here but none of them were quite the same and so far the solutions haven't worked, aren't applicable or are beyond my understanding. I have been playing this particular town for some time and while there have been other similar errors, none of them have kept coming up and caused such an issue. I would prefer not to have to start over because of one sim. I tried looking through the logs but haven't been able to find the particular error log for this issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried a good old-fashioned hard reset on the sim with Master Controller?

I apologize for the late reply. I completely forgot to check up on this to see if anyone responded. I have attempted to upload the script error file that is most likely to contain the error as none of the others seemed to show anything related to the particular sim. The sim's name is Bebe Hart-Bunch. I tried reseting the sim, force killing the sim and triggering age transition multiple times and none of them worked and the only sim interaction it give is to take her to the hospital but nothing happens with that either.

I only see a debug log from Overwatch. You should disable that.

Install DebugEnabler and run Fix invisible Sims on the city hall then see if she'll age.

I disabled logging on overwatch. The fix invisible sims option did not work, nothing has changed. Do i need to start a new game?

Is this sim pregnant and in labor? Regardless of how she looks, it's worth finding out, which MasterController can do: click on City Hall, select NRaas > MC > Basic > Baby, X out the filter, and see whether she shows up. If she is pregnant, try terminating it (MC > Advanced > Pregnancy > End Pregnancy; you'll need the MC Cheats add-on), then resetting the sim again.

If the sim is pregnant but MC can't end it, CMar's Pregnancy Controller may be able to, that is if you can switch to playing this sim. With her active, click on another sim and select Pregnancy Options > End Pregnancy. I'm not sure that's the exact wording, but the command is there.

If this sim isn't pregnant or the above doesn't help, you could try evicting that household in Edit Town and placing them back in their house. That's what got rid of a similar duplicate sim for me a couple years ago, although he definitely wasn't pregnant at the time.

Thanks for the suggestion. Making her an active sim allowed me to age her up till death which resolved the problem but overwatch recorded a lot of errors so I'll see if those keep popping up next time I open the game. Making her an active sim didn't change much though, others still couldn't interact with her and she couldn't interact with others or anything.

Is it a regular sim or a role sim? personally, I quite frequently have age stuck role sims however the mod (overwatch I think it is) eventually fixes it usually after a few nights of being age stuck (a bit annoying with the messages every night but no harm there). However, the elixir consignment guy has been an issue in my game for a long while now, which I think is due to the role being a 24h position so there is not downtime for the sim to age up. I wonder if there's like a mod to fix that like not making the position 24/7.

I don't think she was a role sim, if I remember correctly her lifetime wish was to be the 'CEO of a megacorporation'. I don't have any of the dlcs so I don't have as many of them in my game and some of them tend to be homeless.
