I've played with this mod a lot over the past couple of days because my Sim works nine hours every day. Having spent quite a bit of time, I've noticed a few glitches that I would like to note here:

The payment system doesn't work as it should. I originally had my wages set to $10/hour. My Sim made $200 after a four hour shift. I don't think that was right. I lowered to $5/hour. I had changed up her shifts at one point to make one seven hour and one two hour shift. At $5/hour, she made $95 for the seven hour shift and $110 for the two hour shift. I don't think that is correct in any way.

>Disabling shifts to be to edit them causes any of the Sims who work there, regardless are they are working a shift or not. My Sim would then get paid a random $85, even though she wasn't even working any of the times I disabled the shifts.
>Sims aren't drawn to place orders. Sims will show up on the lot. They will talk to each, play with animals, make faces in the mirrors. They will do everything but sit down and place an order. I maybe have one Sim every other day place an order. I think it is everyone's dream job to be able to get paid to do nothing, but I mean come on. Lol!
>Only two Sims will show up at the lot at any one point outside of the workers. I don't know if this has anything to do with the lot type, which is set as Visitors Allowed, but I feel that more than two Sims should show up.
>Sims who are workers will reset every morning at 7. This only happens when I have shifts enabled, so I am almost positive this resetting gets traced back to this mod.
>This next one isn't an issue so much as a request. Would it be possible to set up the mod to read the days, so that I am able to set schedules by the day?
I think that is all I have for now, that I remember. I'll add on if I let anything out. Of course, feel free to ask any questions for clarification and what not.

Edited for clarification:

Disabling shifts to be able to edit them causes any of the the Sims who work there, regardless of whether they are working a shift at the time or not, will reset. My Sim would then get paid a random $85, even though she wasn't even working at the time when I disabled the shifts.

I admittedly haven't played a bistro as the actual owner even though I've had this mod in place for a very long time (it works well from a customer's standpoint), but I would like to point out that Visitors Allowed doesn't sound like the best lot type to be using. Depending on what else you have going on around town and a bunch of other more technical factors, the bistro might get more of a draw using Hangout. Or you might consider "investing" in Inge's ticket machine mod to draw more customers in if you have an active sim on the lot much or all of the time.
How to make inactives more likely to sit down and order food if they aren't yet hungry upon arrival might be another challenge. At least when running an eatery of sorts with bakery displays filled with prepared foods, customers will purchase items for takeout -- but of course that kind of "business" is a very different dynamic.
The wage issue is puzzling. I'll have to watch my inactives who are assigned as bistro staff the next time I play in my world that has a bistro and see how much they are really getting paid. Never noticed these anomalies before.

J4Ks,
Happy to report. I think this mod is really cool, even with the glitches. No rush on the fixes. Some of them are a slight annoyance but not game breaking (that I know of) and that is the important thing. I'll definitely report any other bugs I happen across.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll definitely give those a try and see what happens.
It's actually weird, I usually get my Sim to the lot early by at least 15 minutes because I'm not a big fan of the teleportation thing, although I do know that at the moment it might be completely avoidable. I wasn't able to get my Sim there in time, and she was teleported. Customers seemed to come right on in and order. Several meals each actually. It seems that sending them to the lot early pushes other Sims to the lot, but it doesn't make them order once the shift has started. I still want to do more observing before I can give a clearer report on this.

I changed around the shifts again. This time instead of my Sim being the waiter, she is both the chef and the waiter. When she got to work, all of her needs shot up and stayed up. This didn't happen when she was just a waiter. I don't know if this is done on purpose or not. If it is, it would be nice to be able to tune this in game. If it isn't, I guess it is a bug.
