How to change imaginary friend pattern after made real?

Hello. I'd like to change the pattern of an imaginary friend sim who inherited the trait. I know how to change the patterns on the doll object, but my sim was born an IF. Where can I change the patterns on the living IF?

I am not sure, but can't you bring the sim in Stylist or CAS?
