how does changing the speed of time affect skills and needs?
Does changing the speed of time(i have it set to 25) also makes the skills and needs scale of that time. I find it that i rarely have to do anything about their needs. They need to eat once a day, use the toilet and sleep. And skills are gained too fast. How do i make everything balanced as i can't give up on slower times it makes the game much more enjoyable.

The answer is yes to both, although at an overall speed factor of 25 things should not be quite that far out of balance.
But it's all adjustable. You can add (fractional values less than 1, so try something like 0.8 or 0.75 to start) Motive Decay and Skill Gain Factors from the NRaas > Relativity menu. Or you can exempt certain motives and skills by name entirely from the speed factor changes until you find a combination of settings that work better for you.
