So I looked into the tempest mod recently and saw that in an untouched tempest nraas setting there is a default template for each season, appropriately called ”default”.

i noticed that one could ddit this default template themselves but my question is basically in an untouched tempest settings will this default template directly correlate to the basic EA settings like in a game without nraas tempest or is there some minor tweaks and QOL changes at the courtesy of the nraas team already included in the mod and its ”default weather template”

Tempest is just an interface to edit EA's weather tuning per world. It doesn't come with tweaks to the default profile, no.

good to know that its EA tuning so I can make my edits based on likes and dislikes of that

plus the godsent that is the leaves on the ground in all seasons fix that it provides. EA man just stopped caring about that bug.
