hello, i am recently using portrait panel, my household has 10 sims and 2 pets, i like how they are ordered by age in the portrait panel but is it possible to move the parents to the top and keep them there always? i got used to having the panels of the mother and father of the household at the very top and now feel a little lost because they are at the bottom in the second column with the pets after giving birth to twins today.
i do not mind having sims with the pets in same column, i just wish to restore the parents at their old place which is the top of first column. i tried to reverse order and they go to the bottom of the first column, which is not what i want.

First how many sims (human) do you have normally max in your household?
As far as I know you cannot "pin" them to a special position,

You need to check the sorting and
keep in mind that each column can only show max 8 sims

f.i. in my portrait panel I have set for colums
1 and 2 column only for active sims
3 column for active pets and.... plus active sims (if more needed), selected sims, inactive sims (if some visit my lot)
> if more sims are displayed than the visible 3 columns can show, you can toggle to the 4 column (switch button)

Sorting: I have set
- Type of Sort Spezies
- Reverse Sort TRUE
- Reverse Sort: Secondary False
- Reverse Sort: Tertiary False
- Type of Sort: Secondary By Age
- Type of Sort: Tertiary By Name

This looks like

• 1 colum at the bottom is the youngest sim like baby (max 8 sims displayed)
• 2 colum at the top is the oldest (max 8 sims displayed)

(I have max 16 human sims in my active household, if I exceed the number of 16, because a new child is born, I move the oldest sims out to a special lot I prepared for this (SP progression disabled, and move out not allowed)

• 3 column my 4 pets are displayed and all others who are on my lot

Edit: so if you try this, and you have only max. 8 sims, lets say currently 4
then your oldest sims, like the parents, will be displayed in column 1 (left side) always at the top
