Hi,i don't mind other seasons like summer or winter. I had a look the manual of the tempest mod but, I can't find how to customize the temperature of my own. The snowing in spring time due to a low temperature is very rare in my country, so I just want to set the temperature range to 10 to 20C degrees. Is there any one can give me some tips please? It's kind of frustrating. Even I don't feel like gardening for 3 seasons and it doesn't make sense to me.

You would want to examine and adjust the temperature ranges for each of the four day parts for the active Spring profile, as shown here. Each range looks like min:max, so for evening and night perhaps you want 10:15 but for morning and noon perhaps 15:20 (assuming your units are in Celsius). Or maybe 10:20 for all four day parts.
