I will go do that now. I checked the homeless population and apparently it was being managed...so I asked overwatch to get rid of the rest of the homeless and it actually grew the population by 9. So this will solve my issues! YAY!

I worry that changing the setting might domino other hidden settings. I suppose when it gets changed back it should domino again but I'm not sure it will work that way lol.

Yeah it was annoying me because I hadn't played in so long I was excited to see cool furniture...and then it was like "yeah buy it" and I was like "yeah...no" and turned that shit off. Also stopped some lag .

Go up a few folders and apply the permissions SSG suggested....hopefully that helps! Featured items sounds like it's the store thing. Turn the store off in the game settings and that may help too .

Yeah the parents are supposed to be alone in the sense that they're living with their last two kids, who aren't old enough to be marrying or bringing others in yet.
