One of the diseases has a symptom which drops interactions randomly.

You may want to check on which disease your sim has contracted, and perhaps disable it if you find it annoying.

The disease should progress to be inactive eventually all on its own.

However if you really get desperate, turn on the mod's "Debugging" and a series of interactions will appear in the Sim Menu you can use.

Sorry, I don't control how the translations are loaded by the game. As far as I can tell, that is a game-engine system, not scripting at all.

The tooltip was never intended to be displayed for your own sim, so EA Standard produces some odd results.
