Oh, I did not know there was a difference between lag and environment rendering. I will take your tip and just make sure the game clock does not speed up. I just adopted a cat so I will have something to do at night. Thank you very much for your time!

I have noticed that the lag is more prominent at night time when the sims are sleeping and my frames crash to around 10-20 now that I can see them. (Appreciate that tip!) Maybe this is normal?

Thanks for the reply! I can confirm I have turned on vertical sync through the Nvidia Control Panel and am capped at 59fps in full screen mode. Still experiencing a lag when moving the camera though.
