I am only sure about the answer to question 1. Once you have put a lot from the library into your town, it will still remain if you delete the lot from the library. I would be the same as if you had built the lot from the ground up in your game. You just wouldn't have it there to place it in another...

Actually, the same thing happened to me as to Kevin. I saved and quit for another reason, and when I restarted the money had gone. Otherwise I would have given it away as suggested. I was just curious as to where it had come from. Thanks Igazor for explaining that.

How weird! I just went back to my game, ready to expand the cellar and make more nectar, and all of a sudden the music played and he had achieved his LTW. He had 72 bottles and they were worth $10,865 or thereabouts.
