game will not run with the patch it will without it

i did that i get the same message i even re downloaded the patch still the same i tried a clean install everything huggies and kisses

when i try to lanch it,it keeps saying theres an error during startup please see the log for more details i don't know what log they is talking about thanks in advance

I have tried everything to get the sims to run on windows10.I need loads of suggestions. I tried campitablity mode and all that still not able to run it.any ideas?? Thanks in Advance..Seems theres lots having the same problem..
