Probably EA then it does that with the mermaids sometimes but give them a few days and they'll become human SP won't push them to hydrate themselves I learned that one the hard way when all 12 of the ones I had at one time all became human in less than a sim week

That's EA doing that one unless your in Isla Paradiso then they are already there

The MTS version was never updated it's still the old version the download files were last updated on Jan 2, 2014 the comment was made on Aug 7, 2014 also I reloaded the one on MTS still the old version

And you might have to Unpause the game wait 10 seconds then re-pause if it's a New Game

But to Immigrate in sims you must have the Immigration Gauge above 0

As long as Chance of Occult is 0 and you don't Allow SP to use Bin sims if they have an occult status then yeah they won't immigrate in
But if none of your Bin sims have an occult status then no need to worry

Oh almost forgot if you Allow SP to use the sims from your Bin and any have an occult status they can get immigrated in that way even if you have SP set to not Immigrate them in
