It worked; with her parents and daughter in town I was able to re-establish their family ties and their family tree is restored!!!

I tried Portering Tabatha's family from MV and had them bring along Lorelei's ghost as well and it seemed to work as far as the family showing up in the house I unpacked them to and Lorelei's tombstone showing up in the mausoleum.
