What if we saved a world?

So..has anybody built and saved lots with a mod of this sort attached to it? Have you done it with a lot of the pedestals? How many? I have up to 104 of these pedestals on a single lot. I could possibly fit more. Supposedly you can not use accessories on them, but the accessories are saving just fin...
