But there's also kRotationAffectActive, which determines whether to change the outfits of the active sims. So isn't kNightlyRandomChangeOutfit redundant? What happens if kNightlyRandomChangeOutfit is set to True, but both kRotationAffectActive and kRotationAffectInactive are set to False?
