I downloaded NVIDIA Profile Inspector and don't know how to set it to limit FPS for sims 3, does anyone know how to use this tool?

I used Debug Enabler, to make a second wife.

I have a household with a husband and two wives. The second wife keeps getting the adultery moodlet. Is there a way to prevent this?
