Yes I have both installed. Well I removed traveler and started playin and the first opportunity I got immediately worked (and that hasnt happened in a loooooooooong time). I think it has something to do with world data that traveler might change, cuz the mod also changes/alters some of that.

Okay I've done some testing, I think Traveler is conflicting with the mod, or conflicting with opportunities as a whole. Idk tho
