Yes, setting the delta factors works perfectly, they do need to be set higher than 1 though, not less.

I got as far as XML > Sims3.Gameplay.Objects.Plumbing but there I am unable to figure out how to change the time it takes to shower or bathe. I would like showering to take no more than 15 minutes (game time) and a bath 45. Is this possible by tuning, if so what setting is it? Thnx.
