Three each. Ah yeah I tried that before and always had the Holidays get canceled. It's because the seasons are in a constant state of transtition and the Holidays can't happen during the seasonal transtition. Oh, well that's just annoying. I guess I'll just have to hope that the nraas team fixes it...

I have had the same happen to me. I fixed it by adding an extra holiday on another day, basically making the default holiday absolete.  You make new holidays in cityhall > tempest > holidays > fall > add new entry.
