Does this work properly or will Sims just randomly use those interactions on everyone? Does this check Scoring data etc?

Hi everyone, I am a bit lost in the million settings there are and I hope someone with more orientation can help me out. The situation I would like to have ingame is that my Sims autonomously form relationships, flirt with each other and if they really like each other ask each other to go steady etc...

If memory serves that particular filter just doesn't work, I don't recall it having anything to do with UC.

are the chances for the Firefighter jobs tunable? I can't seem to find a setting for it, but I would like to disable the rabbithole jobs from spawning. Does anyone know how?

I am always playing rotational. I also mentioned in the post I linked that i stashed medicine at the doctors office in case my active Sims get sick.
