Its actually Angel City, not Los Aniegos, I'm using.   I get those two mixed up.   Angel City is the smaller version that gives me less Error 12's.

It took me a while to figure this out, but the massage table that shows up in BUY mode is a regular massage table. To get Arsil's one with an attendant, use the table from BUILD mode, in the COMMUNITY OBJECTS icon on the far right of the build mode screen.
