I don't think its that simple. Changing to 64-bit requires re-writing the executable program code from scratch.

I've never seen a sim open a garage door on their own. I thought it had something to do with the red "target" symbol next to the interaction, which means it is player only. But TV's and Radio's have that target for turning them on too, so I don't know. Sims moving in together also needs a reason, li...

Click on the sim, click on the NRAAS menu, then the DebugEnabler Sim / Object / Reset does it
