Odd Work Glitch?
I will check it out, as long as I don't have to fuss with too much to get it to work it should be okay. I have a Steam version and it's a bit different sometimes. I have the steam version too and the world works great for me. I got it loaded easily, I love all the new lots. I imported the townies f...

Odd Work Glitch?
I had the same issue when I made a NPC playable. Yes, I think this is what the problem was too. The more I thought about it I vaguely remembered this occuring a few years ago when I made a townie part of my household. But that with that character I just switched careers to match their personality (...

Odd Work Glitch?
The short answer is, use MC to make him quit, then "Remove Quit Careers," also under Intermediate > Career. Then give him back the job. Thank you, but it didn't work for Romeo Rake. :| As soon as I got his job back it was the same thing. Also, he started glitching badly so I think the character got...

Odd Work Glitch?
I recently started a new game in Bridgeport, a town I have not played in years. (oh how I wish this city wasn't so glitchy! It's so cool-looking!) Like most players I do get a lot of errors thanks to sims being teleported in walls or non-rooms or the horrible elevators having issues, etc. But these ...

EA Story Progression - nothing new, just hmm
Hi everyone! :) It's been so long since I played with just EA's SP that I don't remember much. And I never tried Awesome's mod. But I did go through months playing before I ever tried mods, so I do remember that playing with no mods got old fast. Some things and actions are so irritating it is banne...

Pillow Fights...
For some reason I can't initiate any of my sims to pillow fight. Though it's still going in town on because I've seen other sims doing it on their own both in their respective lots and at one of my actives parties. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or I inadvertently messed with the tuning?...but I've n...

Toddlers...Question for admin and modders
In your case, did the baby appear back in the driver's arms when she got to her location? Or like, pop out onto the sidewalk when they got there, like other passengers? It still seems like it has to just be a weird sims thing since it's not a normal occurrence but wouldn't it be nice it it were! Wh...

Jobs and careers?
I know I'm late to the game asking this, but I never gave it too much thought before now; What is the deal with jobs and bosses in Sims3? Logic dictates that those higher up the ladder are the bosses to those under them, yet time and time again I see illogical things like a ballot counter being the ...

Toddlers...Question for admin and modders
I cannot get any teen or adult sim to hold a kid and also drive their own car. And yet I've seen inactives do this a couple times now. Well, I'm not an admin or modder, but I've seen this once or twice and I've always considered it a glitch. Surely EA didn't intend to allow inactive sims to hold th...

Toddlers...Question for admin and modders
For what its worth, the same happens in my game. One parent plus one toddler means they always take a cab, not their own vehicle. No idea why. It didn't work for me yet. Not with any of my active sims. Sometimes, even when there are other adult or teen sims in the household the sim I click to drive...
