Atm I'm loading the bad save to try "Fix Homeworld", but I doubt that will work. After that I'll delete the cache and try the China save.

My power profile was "Balanced", so I set it to High Performance and disabled the parking with that program. Hmmm... Hard to tell if it made any difference, to be honest.

Ok, interesting. Maybe the tourists came from one of her worlds then, and not from the library/bin as she said. I'll show her this thread.

A friend mentioned a mod that uses sims from your library/bin as tourists, but she didn't remember the name of it. I looked through the mods here, but I can't find it. She thinks it's a NRaas mod, though. Help? =)
