What the heck!????
It's a bug that happens with the active careers like home designer, fire fighter, singer, magician, etc. due to the way it calculates pensions. It uses how much your sim earns over their life as opposed to the pre-defined pensions inactive careers use. Chain_Reaction can probably give more insight h...

How long before lag
My saves usually end up lagging 3-4 sim weeks in, enough for my sims to have grandchildren. After that, the lag becomes enough that I have to pack everything up with porter and move to a new save. Is this normal? I know that the Sims 3 isn't super optimized, so it will lag eventually but 3-4 sim wee...

unable to download ??
The syncing app is not necessarily the same was the website proper. If you have multiple computers on your network that can't load the website then that points to something being messed up with your networking equipment (unless there is something else the computers have in common like a VPN or proxy...

Careers-Based Mod Compatibility
I read those comments, but I thought perhaps when they were posted the Careers base mod had not yet been updated.
Also thanks for the link! I don't know how I missed that.

Careers-Based Mod Compatibility
This mod has not been updated since 2010, however it is based on the Careers framework and requires it to be used. Since Careers has been updated to 1.69, would that mod still work?

Occult baby born to non-occult parents
Was the baby born on a full moon? There is a mod from MTS where if a sim is born on a full moon there is a chance of an occult mutation, even with two human parents.

Bad ads
Thank you Chain_Reaction for your work to prevent harmful ads. Also for making then unobtrusive, unlike many other sites these days. Also, I don't pay attention to how many (if any) ads my adblocker blocks. I also don't think the old WIki had ads (I know it was much cheaper to run) so it did not occ...

Permanent Legacy Statues (After Sim Death)
So I recently discovered that sims lose their ITF legacy statues when they die. Which is incredibly stupid, as it defeats the entire purpose of having a legacy statue.
Is there any way to fix this? Idealy sims would keep their statues until sombody else gets it instead.

Ok, cool. I can't imaging how frusterating all the DDOS attacks must be. I just realized you've probably repeated the info aboutt the upload server a million times by now. Sorry to make you repeat it again. For some reason I associated the upload server only with script errors, and did not remember ...

First, let me say this website and forum are amazing. Thank you Chain_Reaction for all your hard work on this. Second, sorry to add another issue on top of what sounds like an already crazy workload, but I figured I should report this in case it isn't already known. I hit the reply button on a threa...
