The class schedule times are different for each study category. Art, Business, Medical etc.
And do not vary. The times are fixed.

So I assume your two sims do not study the same?

You can manually change the relationship between sims with Mastercontroller. So you don't need to wait

I don't know what is responsible for the limitation of friendship level in whohooer, if it is normally not the case?

Did you delete the the cache files in your the Sims 3 folder after moving the hospital mod out?

Also did you try to delete and replace the hospital lot in edit town?

You cannot use ANY mod if you are not on the right patch level which is 1.67 for disc installs or 1.69 Steam or Origin.

And you need a correct mod folder structure.

So we need more details. Why are you on patch 1.62 ???

You should test again if the toddler mod is really the culprit (if yes you should inform the creator) or the ingredient mod.
